Who are Kinetic Event Support?
We are a local, Brisbane based, group that help you design and deploy professional web-based applications for your events. We design apps based on details you supply and provide you with a unique link to share with your attendees.
Do the apps need to be downloaded?
No. There is no need to download anything. Our Apps are web based. Attendees can simply access your app by clicking on the unique link or QR code we provide to you.
When will I get my app?
Once you submit your event details through the partner portal we will have your app ready for review within 3 business days. Once payment is received we will share your unique link!
What type of information do you need from me?
Once you place your order we will share a link to a form that asks for details of your event. This will include general event questions you would ordinarily share with your attendees. We will also ask questions regarding where you would like attendees to park and any other material / information that you think is important for us to share with your attendees!
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! The price on this product is all-inclusive. There are no extra charges for set up or hosting.
What's if I am not happy with the end product?
We'll design your web based app using the details you have provided us. If you are unhappy with the end product we will work with the end product we will work with you to understand what needs to be done to get back on track!
